Refund Policy

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please contact us for a return within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The cost of return shipping is payable by the customer.

Refunds (if applicable):

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few (based on your credit card company's processing policies) days.

- If you are waiting on a refund, check with your credit card company or your bank. Once we process the refund, we no longer have access to where the funds are.

Replacements (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Zen@peregrine-livefoods.co.uk, along with pictures of the damage, and we will send you a replacement.
